    -Snatches felt good. Could have gone heavier, but they would have gotten ugly. Cleans felt terrible, and they have frequently lately. I kept it lighter and shut it down at 142. I'm going to reorganize my workouts a little since I've felt beat up and not recovered in the past few weeks.
