    Took a vacation for 2 weeks. I got into a gym twice and did some ugly lifts in tennis shoes. I also did 1 bouldering workout and a lot of hiking in the mountains in the Pacific NW area of the US.

    Sunday - bouldering for 1.5 hours

    Monday

    Power Clean and Jerk

    Standing ab curls + back extensions

    Tues

    bouldering 1.5 hours + 2 sets of pullups

    Wed

    No hook, no feet snatch - never really done these

    -These took some time to get the hang of..

    -just trying these.. working around some injuries.
