    DB curls - did about 6 reps and then my climbers elbow felt like like it was flaring up.

    I'm trying to work out some issues I have with kicking the bar forward on heavy snatches so I decided to work heavy above the knee to see if the problem showed up.
    High hang snatch
    132 - 1 (+1 kg PR)
    135 - 1 (+4 kg PR)


    Below the knee hang snatch
    some light reps up to 90 kg

    Worked some full snatches (since I always power until it gets too heavy)

    -I always twist at the bottom and the shoulders hate it so I will stick with powers
