    -been fighting a cold and didn't feel great. I was able to blast the music and pull a little harder on the snatches, but the legs were pretty weak on the CnJ and Front Squats.

    -I'll be keeping it light this week. I think the 115-3 hang snatch triple 2 Sats back took a lot out of me while not feeling great.
