    Not a pretty snatch but an improvement over recent sessions. I'll alternate between light and heavy Saturdays and increase by 1-2 kg each heavy Sat.

    -really tried to lock down every muscle in my back, hold my breath and push out into the belt. This helped to keep the strain off of my left adductor. I'm excited to keep this moving up.
