    -felt a little beat up from heavy CnJ on Saturday so I kept it a little lighter. My shoulders are pretty beat up. They should hold together until Masters Worlds in 16 days, but after that I will need some time off + light training for a while.

    -Been having some strange calf stiffness issue that makes it hard to get into the bottom position of a squat/clean on the right side. No specific event triggered it. It doesn't seem major, but augmented training a little to avoid making it worse.

    -Body is barely holding on. Aug 22 can't get here soon enough. Unless something dramatic happens when I work up to my openers on Friday, I will have no snatch misses since Masters Nationals at the end of March. This is actually very strange because snatches don't feel like they have been clicking.
