    I think I remember reading that he's moving out there after Jr Nationals.

    Not sure if it's just the quality of the weightlifters themselves, but old Cal Strength videos felt more serious, real purpose behind the program and an aim to be the best in the US. Current Cal Strength looks like a really good fun place to train but with no "real" ambition. Wes Kitts also happens to be DAMN strong.

    Dave is obviously doing good things, as their gym has some good success, I just think Mash is the "hot spot" right now. I'm not even talking about coaching, but just environment in general.

    this is why it makes me think he left for personal reasons. clashes of personalities, etc. because Nathan seems to be doing really well with Don and Travis.
