    Free programs

Hey guys, I am going to start adding programs to my website (www.OklahomaWeightliftingClub.com/programs) for free. I only have a 4- week back squat cycle right now but will be adding more this week. Ultimately, I'd like to have a lot on there for Olympic weightlifting, Strength & conditioning and possibly some high-paced conditioning workouts. Seems like everyone is charging for the shit now days so I thought I'd just let you know that mine will be free.

New 8-week cycle on the website. I know the club is called "Oklahoma" Weightlifting Club but I'm trying to put out some useful content for everyone. So register for the newsletter for updates.

I agree, Takeno (love that guy) used to have a ton up free but no more he charges and maybe Mike Burgener still has. As did Catalyst who now charge as well. Well done.

Nice!! I was just looking at a couple this morning, just to see what was available. I liked the complex and OTM one, along with the short back squat program. Thanks for putting this together!!!
