    Free programs

    Hey guys, I am going to start adding programs to my website ( for free. I only have a 4- week back squat cycle right now but will be adding more this week. Ultimately, I'd like to have a lot on there for Olympic weightlifting, Strength & conditioning and possibly some high-paced conditioning workouts. Seems like everyone is charging for the shit now days so I thought I'd just let you know that mine will be free.
