    VLog: Spiders, a mouse, and a home workout

    I am a day behind on uploads. I think I will try to do a double upload this weekend, so I can be back on my previous schedule.

    Because of a meeting at school, I had to to workout yesterday. I was originally planning on still going to the gym, but as you'll see at the beginning of the video, I changed my mind when I was leaving school.

    VLog: High hang power snatches among other work

    I was very happy with the snatch work from this workout. Doing powers for multiple reps was difficult, but I was able to hit all of the prescribed reps. Things in general continued to go well.

    VLog: Pulling lazy on my snatches, but overall a good workout

    Bonus video today, so I can get caught up. I had some snatch triples that didn't go as well as I would have liked, but I was able to hit my reps on my top set without missing. I did have some misses on my warmups, so as I always talk about, I need to continue to get better.

    Heavy clean/jerk and squat triple

    9/15/18

    No VLog today. I took the day off from that, so this video will just have my workout clips. In this workout, I had a tough clean/jerk triple as well as a heavy triple on the back squats. Nothing that was radically heavy, but heavier than what I have been doing since this programming started. Have a good day!

    But any who, my first workout of the week went well. It was my first time doing snatches from the blocks. Besides that exercise I also had a heavy clean/jerk triple and a heavy front squat double. Overall a good workout besides the two misses I had on snatches.

    VLog: Volume continues to eat away at my soul

    With each workout, I can feel the volume beating me up more and more. It is forcing to me to really have to focus on my technique because my body isn't going to be able to muscle its way through lifts with bad technique.

    VLog: Lifting in the shed and the Browns win

    9/20/18 - Day 17 - Week 3

    Because of conferences, I had to lift in the shed today, which went better than expected. The Browns also go their first win of the season on this day, which was exciting.
