    Week 4 - Snatch balance PR at the end of a good week of training

    I decided to not do a commentary on the video this week. I'm enjoying my winter break from school. I had some good lifts this week and hit some PRs at the end of the week. I have also signed up to do a competition on March 10th. I'll talk more about that on my podcast and in next's week video.

    Christmas week training - Week 5

    I before the video, I provided a short intro about the commentary over the video. Hopefully, you enjoy the talk. I apologize for being out of breath, but it is what it is.

    I will be competing on March 10th at the same place as before. I would like to do 1-2 more competitions next year at different places to qualify for some bigger competitions. Most importantly, I want to keep getting stronger. I also tried doing some German volume squats on Saturday and did a 10x10 with ~48% of max, which you see at the end of the video.

    Tweaking my back and a snow storm

    During this week, I got some good workouts in as well as managing to tweak my back. I also had to deal with a snow storm happening during the weekend.

    This was a good week of training where I was able to hit a lifetime powerclean PR and had a good week of training in general.

    Break through with snatches and cleans. Weights are moving well - 2/10/19

    This week of training went really well, and I had some good lifts throughout the week. Now that I have my prep all planned out for the 4 weeks I have until my competition, I should be continuing to lift how I am. I may compete as a 102 kg, if my body weight stays about the same. I'm not worried about what my weight will be it. I'm just concerned about lifting well.
