    On a work travel trip, working out at a local 24 hour fitness. Broke up the benches because the area for rows opened up. Bench goals going forward are simply to balance out the all the pulling muscles I'm training with rowing, deads, cleans, etc. Shoulders are not really healthy enough to pursue max efforts.
