    Spent the last two weeks in Norway which was amazing. Did an easy session the night before I left and another easy row at the hotel gym in Bergen. Last nights session was just to get back into the swing of things

    Not getting off to the start of the training week I had hoped for. Returned home over the weekend and got in a decent row on Sunday then blew off Monday because I had no energy or motivation.

    Did some light barbell work last night. But with the temp about 108 in my garage, it felt like a beating...

    I was reminded last night how important proper hydration is for distance rowing...didn't drink nearly enough water during the work day and I really felt it during the second 30 minute row.
