    Not much training lately...just tried to feel some weight today without doing anything stupid

    Power Cleans
    worked up to 205 for several singles

    Deadlift
    worked up to 415 for three singles

    Double KB clean and press
    50 lb x 2 sets of 10

    single KB clean and press
    70 lb x 1 set of 5 each arm

    also got in a 4 mile walk this morning and will have over 12,000 steps for the day by the time I hit the sack
