    50 x 40 (alternate hands each 10 reps)

    Work travel this week. The hotel gym has a water rower...quite a bit different calibration compared to my Concept 2...says I’m going a lot faster...so I went for 22-23 minutes which is what a 5K takes me at my steady state training pace. Covered about 5800 meters in that time, but only giving myself credit for 5K each row. Effort at this elevation (Lake Tahoe) felt like about a 2:14 pace.

    Early morning
    Row approx 6.5K in 30 minutes (about 2:14 pace)

    Thirty minute walk on treadmill

    Not much to write home about, but I did the work and want the credit. Still on work travel so this was an early morning fasted effort on the water rower at the hotel gym...so I’m estimating the work per the concept 2 output. Home tomorrow and hoping for some lifting this weekend.

    Did the row earlier in the morning in fasted state. Came home and ate a 12 oz ahi tuna steak and four eggs. Watched some college football and napped for a few hours and decided to try to bench before our evening plans. Shoulder started to act up on my 225 set. Everything was done to get the volume in without really being mentally prepared or physically warmed up for that matter.
