    Starting over again...a lot of personal stuff culminated with a week of out of town friends and family, but now that it's all behind me, I'll give myself some credit for actually moving around a little the past couple of days...

    Threw the football around with my grown kids for about an hour. The muscles I haven't used in 20+ years doing this were bitching me out Monday and Tuesday
