    Deadlifts

    Good Mornings

    Hanging Leg Raise
    BW - 3x11

    WG Lat Pulldown
    85lbs - 1x12

    Seated V-Handle Cable Rows
    115lbs - 1x12
    130lbs - 2x10

    Felt good for the first time on DL day in a while. Hamstring issue was still there but I moved my feet in a little closer and it definitely helped. Felt good so threw in some extra accessory work just because.

    Boring But Big - Bench Press

    DB Rows
    80lbs - 1x10 (per arm)

    DB Bench Press
    70lbs - 1x10 (per arm)

    Felt good! Took a sneak peak at next week - get to give 300x1 a try!!!!
