    Felt really strong today! Wicked good workout - hit my Joker sets (I would imagine the 125x11 is a PR, but I only track up to 10 reps). Wish I could lift in the afternoon more often. I'm much more hydrated and energized (not to mention my joints dont creak and groan!).
