    Leg Curls

    Leg Presses
    730lbs - 3x12

    I did not want to be awake this morning. I did not want to be at the gym this morning. I did not want to squat this morning. But I did it. I stood in the parking lot and, outload, told myself "You're here now; do good work." And I did. This workout was one of those hard workouts that you just slog through. That being said, 730lbs for 12 reps is some kind of PR for me. It works out to a 1,000+lbs PR!

    DB Bench Press SS Alternating DB Rows
    60lbs - 3x10 SS 60lbs - 3x10

    225lbs for 9-reps! That is a lifetime PR right there. 225 has been such a severe mindfuck for me that I think I am finally over it. I'm moving on up with strength. My left trap has been acting up so I knocked the DB down to 60lbs and was impressed with my form and how I was really feeling them.

    Today's workout sucked. Went in looking to hit 280x9 (for a new calculated 1RM), needed 280x3 to meet workout requirements. Got 280x6. It's a fail in my book. Just didn't feel or have IT.

    Felt really good this morning. 355 moved very easily. Guy next two me attempted 405 twice...and missed twice. I had a very big urge to throw it on and get a double (which I absolutely could have) but decided A) to stick with the program and B) not embarass the guy. He was already pissed. All these years later and I'm still amazed at the amount of ego that can show up in the gym!
