    I have been awake since training yesterday due to a long night at work and a busy day. I was spent today and didn't have much fight in me. It definitely wasn't ideal, but it was either train or don't train. I decided to train. Hopefully I sleep well tonight.

    Jerks:
    All split jerks. These were still very awkward and uncoordinated, but better than they had been in a while. Still not quick enough dipping to get under the bar. Just missing.

    Front Squats:
    Good reps. 3 second pauses in the bottom. But 225 was the most that was going up today.

    Pretty tired today. Didn't sleep well. Had trouble getting loose and feeling like moving.

    Snatch:
    These did not move well at all.

    Clean&Jerk:
    Not much better. My timing getting under the bar was horrible.

    Block Cleans:
    These were much better than the cleans from the floor. I was generating a lot more power and speed.

    I got quite a bit of sleep, but I was still worn down from yesterday. My lower back was stiff and sore. It took a lot of work to get it to cooperate.

    No back off or accessory worl of any kind. I did my minimum 3 reps and stopped. I was lucky I got these, there were definitely no more left in the tank.

    Did not have time to train yesterday. It was a deload, so no big deal.

    Today was rough. I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder/trap area. Apparently I slept crooked today. It took a lot of work to get it loose. It took a whole, but I got 10 total reps at working weight.

    Today was a de-load. All I did was work on my hip and ankle mobility, which has steadily decreased lately, and getting back into a deep catch position by pausing reps in the hole.

    Too busy to train yesterday. It was another de-load workout, so I didn't try to cram it in.

    Today I'm sluggish and still a little run down. Haven't gotten a lot of sleep, but overall feel decent. Not really sore, and moving decently after warm-up.

    Squats felt heavy but moved decently. I just ran out of gas early and things started breaking down. I had hoped to do 4/3/3 or 4/3/2/1, but it didn't work out that way.

    No back off or accessory work.
