    Snatches:
    Timing and coordination was very bad today. Pulls felt strong and I got the bar where I needed it, just had trouble keeping it there. Every miss was a good pull,* a catch, and then a loss of balance up top. It's very frustrating. I shouldn't have kept adding weight, but the pills were so solid, I thought I might get lucky and catch a heavier one. Logic level: non-existent.

    Back Squat:
    Really hard. I was fried. I seriously thought about stopping after 1 set. I added knee wraps to see if I could get just a little bounce out of the hole, and it helped me finish sets 2 and 3.

    My shoulder had been feeling fine, but I threw the baseball with my son earlier, and afterward it tightened up a lot. So it was sore during these. I could have done more reps, but stopped at 6.

    Shoulder felt good going in. Spent some time with the bar working on it, and it didn't hurt.

    Jerks:
    Awkward. I kept racking them incorrectly and choking myself. I decided to stay at 225 and work to make them feel solid.

    The usual. Hard, but decent. I decided to not push it today.

    All I did today was work on trying to hit some combo clean&jerks together. Not as smooth as I would have liked, but it's the first time jerking after cleans in a while. Cleans were ugly. Shoulder felt good despite some rough jerks.

    Another rough day snatching. I have been feeling out of sorts snatching for a while now. And it continued today. I just gave up on anything resembling a technical lift, and starting gripping and ripping. And I guess it worked. I missed a lot of reps, but I finally hit 182.5 again.

    Hang Snatch:
    These felt real good and solid. Much more so than the snatches from the floor.

    I decided to try putting these together again. These did not go very well, so I stopped and switched to standard jerks.

    I also played with a wider grip again. My shoulder felt fine, but my elbows hurt. Everything was shakey and loose overhead.
