I felt a little off today. Just a little weak and shakey, but not too bad. Also had some elbow tendonitis that has gotten slightly worse over the course of the last couple days. I had to work around that.

    Front Squat:
Good reps with a good long pause and a very good accent.

    Press:
The elbow bothered me a little here, but I managed. Good reps.

    Back Squat-light
    45-10x2
    135x20

All done without stopping in just a few seconds. It was a heck of a leg pump.

6AM session. This wasn't fun, but it was the only time I could do it. After squatting yesterday I had baseball practice, and this morning my hips were worn sore. I was not feeling like training today and I did not have the time I needed to properly prepare.

    Front Squats:
I was sore and worn out throughout this session. I knew I probably wouldn't get my last rep in, but tried it anyway. Every rep leading up to the last one was decent enough.

    Bench Press:
Good reps with good long pauses.

    Back Squat-Pause
    45-10x2
    95x1
    135x1
    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1
    245x1

I felt like absolute garbage today. My nutrition has been terrible the last few days, sleep has been worse, and work hours have been long. Plus my legs were killing me, probably from that 20 rep set I did.

I did some light leg presses to work the kinks out and get some blood flowing.

The paused squats themselves went really well once I was able to actually do them.

Much smoother and faster than the other morning. I knew I should have been able to hit that weight.

    Deadlift:
These were not moving smooth or fast, but they did move.

    135x2
    145x1
    150-miss front
    150x1
    155-miss back
    155x1
    160x1
    165x1

    Back Squat:
    These went well.

    Snatch:
I couldn't be much happier with these. Paused every rep in the squat and made sure it was stabilized before standing up. I've had a problem bouncing too much out of the bottom recently. Overall it went very well. The misses were from instability in the shoulder girdle. I had a very soft catch today for some reason. Nothing felt wrong, just soft.

I had to lift this morning rather than this afternoon or evening as I had planned. I rarely do well in mornings. Everything was stiff and sore. My knees and hips were making noises and aching.

    Front Squat:
Not too bad. They felt a lot heavier than they should have, but looked good.

    Press:
These were a lot harder than anticipated. All the way through they felt incredibly heavy. I was surprised and excited to be able to grind out the last rep.

    Overhead Squat
    45-10x2
    95x3
    115x3
    135x2
    155x2
    165x1
    175x1
    185x1

    Clean&Jerk-Paused clean bottom position
    95-2+1
    115-2+1
    135-2+1
    155-2+1
    175x1
    185x1
    195-good clean, missed jerk

I was feeling somewhat beaten down today.

    Overhead Squats:
These were shaky and awkward, but I got the weight I wanted.

    Clean&Jerk:
These didn't go well. My quad started cramping up. No idea why. It felt fine going into these. Clean pulls were fine, but holding the bottom position was agony. I did mostly push jerks and power jerks to try to save the legs.

    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x5
    135x5

I only had a few minutes free, so I did just enough to be able to say that I squatted today. And that was a good thing, as I felt absolutely terrible today. I didn't have much more left in me.
