    Front Squat-light
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1

    Deadlift
    135x1

    275x1
    315x1
    345x1
    365-miss
    365x1

    Front Squat:
    Nice and easy.

    Deadlift:
Not as easy, but decent reps. I'm happy with these, as I'm trying to stay over a double bodyweight deadlift. The first attempt at 365 did not start off well, so I aborted. The second attempt was difficult and slow, but I got it done.

I finished off with some lat pull downs.

I was pretty tired today and did not feel like training.

    Back Squats:
These were going real well, I just got a little out of sorts on the last rep. I should've gotten it. Oh well, next time.

    Snatch:
These started off well, but broke down quickly. I was pretty run down by this point.

I finished off with some light cable curls.

    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    175x1
    190x1

    95x1
    105x1
    115x1
    125x1
    135x1
    145x1
    150x1

I had very little to give tonight. I was sore all over.

    Front Squats:
I was very surprised to be able to get these. The way I felt warming up, I thought I'd fail a rep early.

    Press:
I knew early on that these weren't going to go well. I'm lucky I got 150. It was a slow grinder. Nothing else was going up.

I finished off with tricep extensions.

    Overhead Squat
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    165x2
    175x1
    185x1

    Cleans-low blocks
    95x3
    115x3
    135x2
    155x2
    170x1
    185x1
    200x1

Surprisingly I felt good and was ready to train today.

    Overhead Squats:
These went amazingly well. I didn't think there was any chance of hitting that number now.

    Cleans:
These went well and I may have been able to go 1 more heavier rep, but I wanted to end on a high note and didn't want to push my luck today.

I finished off with pec flies.

    Back Squat-low bar-light
    45-10x2
    135-10x5

Done with very little rest, for a quad, ham, and glute pump.

Followed by some high volume leg press.

    155x1
    175x1

    Bench Press-paused

    135x1
    155x1
    170x1
    185x1
    195x1

My hamstrings were absolutely on fire all day. The volume low bar squats yesterday killed them.

    Front Squat:
Brutal and painful. I'm shocked I was able to go this heavy.

    Bench Press:
These were good reps. I had hoped to go a little heavier, but it wasn't going to happen.

I finished off with cable curls.

    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1

    235x1

    Jerks
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    170x1
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1

    Back Squat:
The legs really didn't have much in them tonight, so I worked up to what felt like a max today, and tried a few singles with it, rather than trying to go heavier. They went well enough.

    Jerks:
Again, my legs weren't giving much support, so I did what I could, but I could barely do these.

I finished off with some tricep extensions.

    Front Squat-light (Frankenstein style)
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1

    Deadlift -sumo
    135x1
    185x1
    225x1
    275x1
    315x3

    Front Squat:
I did these to check my trunk angle ascending from the bottom of the squat. Here soon I'll do some a lot heavier, but this was my first time ever trying them. It was a good experiment.

    Deadlift:
These went well enough. The triple wasn't as easy

I finished off with some lat pull downs.
