    It was an incredibly long and exhausting day. I was worn out when I started training today. I knew this would be a struggle.

    Clean&Jerk:
    And these were definitely a struggle. I ground out my goal weight, but it was brutal.

    Deadlift:
    These weren't much better, but I was able to get a couple extra reps, so I'm happy.

    No back off sets.

    I caught some virus Monday evening and felt pretty beat down the last 2 days. I don't feel great today, but I'm feeling slightly better. It was either train today or just all the entire week a wash.

    Clean&Jerk:
    These were surprisingly smooth and technically sound. I couldn't be much happier with these.

    Back Squat:
    These weren't great, but they were decent. My knee was clicking for some reason, after being fine on clean&jerk, so I added light wraps for support. They took care of the problem, but I didn't push it.

    No accessory work.

    My snatch session today was rushed into about 20 minutes because of a commitment. Then I came back and did my pressed a couple hours later. Less than ideal, but it worked out.

    Snatch:
    These were fairly awkward and and uncoordinated, but I hit my goal weight.

    Press:
    These were solid. I'm happy with them.

    I'm pretty sure I broke my toe, making lifting very challenging. I can't really put much weight in my foot and I can't go up on my toes for the pull at all.

    Snatch:
    I am very happy with these and the fact that I hit my non-injured goal. They went much better than I anticipated, considering how my toe and foot feel. This wasn't any more uncomfortable than walking, as long as I treated them as "no-foot" snatches and stayed off my toes. I had never done these before, and they were decent enough, but it limited my pulls and my ability to get under the bar.

    Front Squat:
    These were fine. I just had to stay back on my heels and there was no discomfort. Not bad for my first time in a few months.

    Clean&Jerk:
    My toe bothered me on a couple of these. I was coming forward a little in the clean catches, and it hurt when I planted my lead foot down in the catch. By the end I couldn't drive my jerk dips at all.

    Back Squat:
    Not only did my toe hurt, but I had a lot of trouble getting the bar set and comfortable. This was just all around bad.

    I did some leg press afterward for assistance.

    I did not sleep well last night and I'm run down today.

    Main sets were pretty good, although I wanted another rep or two.

    Back off sets were brutal and I barely finished them.

    I did some curls and tricep extensions afterward.
