    I worked all night and did not sleep today, so I was feeling pretty bad going in. I had a decent session, all things considered. I would've been happy with 3/2/2/2/1, so this pleased me. Shoulder was a little sore, but manageable, and seemed to get better as I went.

    Light dumbbell and cable curls afterward.

    Shoulder was bothering me quite a bit during these, and I was nowhere near as stable and balanced as last week, so I did what I could manage and stopped.

    Decent. Shoulder felt solid overhead.

    Cleans:
    Not bad. Felt strong off the blocks. Catches were still a little awkward and soft. Back felt good, but I got bowed forward on all 3 attempts at 230.

    I was not feeling my best today. Every rep was a slow grinder, but I'm happy with the end result. I figured I would have to do all 1 or 2 rep sets to get my 10. This went better than I had hoped.

    Back off sets were unbelievably brutal. I had a 30 minute break for a family matter between the 3rd and 4th set, which is probably the only reason I got all 5 sets in.

    I thought I warmed up well enough and got loose. But as soon as I started snatching, I go tightness and pain in my lower back sciatic nerve area. Couldn't work it out. It made getting into the bottom catch position difficult. Really hurt my snatch effort. Legs were also still tired.

    I tried baby jumps in hope of having a decent session, but it didn't work.

    Hang snatches went better than floor snatches.

    These felt very solid and smooth again. I was pleased with these, despite the misses at light weight. I ran out of gas on these and still had to squat, so I stopped.

    Front Squat:
    Acceptable. I had hoped for 1 more heavier rep, but this was all I had in me.
