Another long day and late training session. Whole thing done in less than 30 minutes.

    Front Squats:
Just a light quick easy session used basically to warm-up for the deadlift.

    Deadlift:
These went how I had hoped. I'm finally pulling 2x bodyweight at my lower weight.

Early morning session without enough sleep, and fasted. I started feeling pretty bad in the middle.

    Back Squat:
Things went really well until the miss. It was at that point that I really started feeling weak and tired.

    Snatch:
These weren't as bad as anticipated, but they weren't great. I was pretty worn down, hungry, and tired.

    Press:

Finished off with chin-ups and curls.

    205-good clean, no jerk attempt

This was the first cold weather training session of the year. I was bundled up and not enjoying myself. I was stiff and didn't want to be training.

    Overhead Squat:
These went really well. I felt better with this weight than I have in a while. Hopefully I'll be able to get a little more soon.

    Clean&Jerk:
Not too bad. But once again I managed to choke myself on the last clean. Not only did I choke myself and see stars, but I felt my lunch coming up for some reason, and I had to dump it.

My knee started hurting at work today. I tried to take it easy but it persisted.

    Front Squats:
These were real solid. Stopped light to go easy on the knee. Didn't hurt during squats, mostly just while walking and at full extension.

    Cleans:
These started off very awkward. It has been a while since I used blocks and my timing was terrible. I kept hitting myself in the throat. But they smoothed out and ended really well.

Another late session, after a long day, and not very much sleep.

    Back Squat:
These went really well, but this was all I had in me tonight.

    Jerks:
I tried to put my right foot forward again, after putting my left forward for a long time. It felt awkward and unstable. I switched back again and things got better. This wasn't a very good session overall, but In hopeful I'll be able to up this weight and get my jerk back on track soon.

    Front Squat:
Nice and easy, once I got my knees to cooperate. They were very stiff when I started warm-ups.

    Deadlift:
I didn't want to push anything tonight after such a long week, so I decided to just try a few reps and call it a day.

    Back Squats:
I hadn't done low bar squats in a very long time and decided to start throwing them in occasionally. They didn't necessarily feel bad, but they did feel foreign, like I had never done them. I used to be able to add quite a lot to the bar versus my high bar numbers, but not now. Now I can barely do any more. That may change moving forward.

    Snatch:
Contrary to popular weightlifting belief, the low bar squats did not change my back angle nor my rate or angle of accent in the catch position. My snatches were as horrible and ugly as they always are.

    Front Squats:
These went really well, until the last attempt. The rep before that flew up, so I thought I'd get this easily. I just didn't have it in me today.

    Press:
These went really well. The double was nice and smooth.

I finished off with sets of chin-ups, cable curls, and dumbbell curls.
