    Today was a long hard day at work, and my back feels terrible. It took a while to feel like training. My entire back was exhausted today.

    Overhead Squat:
    These went really well, especially considering how my back felt.

    Clean&Jerk:
    This is where the back fatigue really hit hard. Whatever energy I had was gone after the overhead squats. This was absolutely all I had in me, and I barely got it.

    Back Squat:
    My legs were absolutely fried, as usual.

    Bench Press:
    These were going very well, and I really thought I was going to get that last rep. But still a decent session.

    Finished off with pull-ups, cable curls, and tricep extensions.

    Front Squats:
    Really good reps, but not as heavy as I had hoped. This was all I had tonight.

    Cleans:
    These went well enough but they really took a lot out of my back.

    I was absolutely exhausted and worn out tonight.

    Back Squats:
    Everything was stiff and sore. Reps were slow and uncomfortable. I managed to hit the weight I wanted, but it wasn't a very good session.

    Jerks:
    These went very well, despite how I felt. I didn't try anything heavier. I really wanted to hit these triples cleanly. I'll work on adding weight later.

    I had a terrible headache all day. It seems to be sinus related. My head was killing me when I'd move up and down. I had planned to deadlift and do more reps, but I just couldn't handle it.
