It was a very long hard day. Training was late this evening and I was worn out.
Front Squats:
These went better than I thought they would. Good long pause and a good smooth ascension.
Snatch:
These were not very good. Foreign feeling and awkward. My timing was terrible. I was tired and ran out of time, and had to end on a miss.

Back Squat:
Not bad, I just didn't have time to rest between tries, and got a little too ambitious. I should've gone with 255.
Jerks:
These were technically some of the best jerks I've done in months. This was the first time in a very long time that it felt like I remembered how to jerk. I was very happy with these.

Deadlift:
Very good. This is a double bodyweight sumo, which was my goal, so I'm happy.

I slept well enough, but I woke up very stiff and very sore. Then I had a somewhat busy day that saw me not eating until right before I trained in late afternoon. I did not feel very good during the session.
Back Squat:
A little harder than anticipated, but all good reps. I'm happy with these 3.
Snatch:
I was tired and worn down when I did these, but they weren't as bad as I was expecting them to be. The missed reps were decent, I just couldn't lock them out.

I was pretty beat down today. I didn't sleep well or long enough. As the day went I felt better, but that ended about the time I started warming up.
Front Squats:
These were difficult. I had hoped to make another heavier attempt or two, but this was all I had.
Press:
Same. I managed to hit the weight I wanted, but it was rough and brutal.
I finished with sets of chin-ups and light cable curls.

Another very long day and late rushed training session. I've got to get up even earlier than normal tomorrow, so this was done quickly. The cumulative fatigue is really getting to me this week.
Overhead Squats:
My elbows really bothered me as soon as I started these, after not having any issues throughout the day, or recently at all. It was frustrating.
Clean&Jerk:
These weren't too bad to start, but I ran out of gas really fast.

It was an early morning and a long day, and I didn't get to eat before training. As soon as I am done training, I'm grubbing down.
Back Squat:
Killed me. My legs were toast. No food and little sleep had me run down badly.
Bench Press:
Same. Bar speed was fast, but I didn't think I could go any heavier.

Long day, late training again. Whole session took about 35 minutes. Rushed from one rep to another all the way through.
Front Squats:
Pretty good. Long pause in the bottom, and a very good bottom position.
Jerks:
Also pretty good. Good dip and drive, and decent catch position.

Front Squat:
These were harder then they should have been. It has been a long week and I'm beaten down quite a bit. These should have been very easy.
Deadlift:
These weren't nearly as bad as I expected. Reps were smooth and fast. This was definitely close to a max, but they were good for being close to a max.
