    97.5x3
    110x3
    125x6

    70-10x5

Still not feeling great. A little run down. Having some stomach issues and related dehydration. Think I returned to the gym a little early. Never really felt recovered.

Sets were decent. All paused on the shoulder and as strict as possible. Overall it went better than I thought it would when I started.

Very little sleep again. I got about 2 hours in the last 30. Stiff and moving slowly today. The temperature dropped about 35° and I'm really feeling it. Took a long time to get the hamstrings and lower back ready.

Reps were decent. Back off sets were brutal.

    No additional accessory work.

    Deadlift 3/3/3+
    135x3
    185x3
    225x3
    255x3
    287.5x7
    287.5x3

    Sumo-160-5x5

My legs were extremely sore and stiff today. I had to do some leg presses just to warm them up and workout some the stiffness. My lower back also required quite a bit of work.

These really took a lot out of me. I felt terrible during and afterward. But the reps were real good. Form broke down at 7, so I rested and got 3 more quality reps.

Back off sets were reduced from 10x5 to 5x5 due to fatigue

    Snatch (70%)
    65x5
    95x3
    110x3
    120x3

    Clean&Jerk (85%)
    95-2+1
    115-2+1
    135-2+1
    155-2+1
    170-2+1
    187.5 - 2 cleans + missed jerk
    187.5 x1
    187.5 x1

I started with a lot of hip, knee, and ankle stretching. I needed it badly. It helped a lot. But I'm pretty weak. Weight continues to drop steadily. I'm almost at my goal. Hopefully soon I can start putting some weight back on the bar

    Snatch:
    Pretty good.

    Clean&Jerk:
These were terrible. My legs were dead and useless. I could barely stand up and I had no drive for jerks at all. I also kept choking myself out in the rack. Not a good session. I had to switch from doubles to singles just to try and survive, and then I cut it off early.

The only bright spot was that everything was technically proficient. Otherwise I couldn't have made a single lift

    Bench 3/3/3+
    45-10x2
    95x3
    115x3
    130x3
    147.5x3
    165x10
    ---------
    92.5-10x5

The bench press went well enough. The last 3 reps were true grinders. I managed a competition pause on the 10th rep, but I'm not sure how. I was gassed.

I finished off with a full body bro-pump. Leg press, leg extensions, bicep curls, and tricep extensions.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I'm going to have to completely change up my training schedule, again, starting today. I'll hopefully get 4 days per week starting next week, with 2 sets of 2 days back to back, Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday. This week will be slightly different and hectic, but hopefully I'll get into a set routine next week.

    Weight: 186.4

    Back Squat 5/3/1+
    45-10x2
    95x5
    135x5
    185x5
    210x3
    235x1

    Press 5/3/1+
    45-10x2
    65x5
    85x5
    105x5
    117.5x3
    132.5x2

This was not a good day. I am exhausted and feeling a little run down again. Everyone in my family has a stomach virus, and it may be my turn. I also forgot to dry my knee sleeves, and never felt ready to train. My knees did not like missing their warm-up time in the sleeves. I used wraps to try and help, but it wasn't the same.

    Back Squat:
Terrible. My knees hurt and were stiff. I was winded and sweating bullets. All I wanted was my minimum 1 rep. I may have been able to grind out 2 or 3, but didn't even try.

    Press:
About the same, but I was able to get 2 solid reps. I may have been able to get 4 or 5, but didn't try. I was relieved to get more than 1.

    No accessory work.

So I had the flu and am absolutely beaten down. I didn't eat and barely drank for a couple days. I'm better now, but still feeling the effects of the body aches and pains. Training last Monday as I was getting sick, didn't help. If I had known how bad it would be, I wouldn't have done it.

For the foreseeable future, I'll be lifting on a Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday split, by necessity not choice.

I'll be focusing on the classic lifts, and doing little to no accessory work for the power lifts.

    Weight: 184.9

    115x2
    135x2
    145-miss

    Hang Snatch
    115-3x3

    Bench Press 5/5/5+
    45-10x2
    95x5
    120x5
    137.5x5
    157.5x8

Weak as a newborn baby after the flu.

    Snatch:
Terrible. Weak, slow, and very sloppy. I can't remember ever having trouble with this light of weight before.

    Hang Snatch:
I hadn't planned these, but I needed to do something constructive and helpful. These felt decent.

    Bench Press:
Not very good. My shoulder started popping and hurting out of nowhere and I couldn't work it out. On the last set I had to rack after 8, when I easily should've gotten 10.

    135-2+1
    155x1
    170x1
    180x1
    185-missed clean
    185-missed jerk

    Back Squat 5/5/5+
    45-10x2
    95x5
    135x5
    160x5
    185x5
    210x5

    Clean &Jerk:
Not good. Sloppy and hard. Unfortunately I didn't have time for any assistance work. I had to move on.

    Back Squat:
Very difficult. For now, until I get back into the swing of things, I'll be aiming for the minimum reps, and just hoping I make that.
