    Weight: 170.2

    BS-low bar
    45-10x2
    95x1
    135x1
    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1
    235x1
    235x1
    235x1

    Snatch-floor
    95x3
    115x3
    125x2
    135x2
    145x1
    150-miss
    150x1
    150x1

    Back Squat:
Instead of a heavy single, I decided to try 3 slightly lighter singles. They went well.

    Snatch:
These did not go very well. Everything felt awkward and uncoordinated. By the end of the session, my last rep actually felt and looked decent.

I finished off with some curls.

    Front Squats - Frankenstein Style
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    165x1
    175x1
    185x1
    195x1

    Press
    45-10x2
    95x1
    105x1
    115x1
    125x1
    135x1
    140x1
    145x1
    145x1
    145x1

    Front Squats:
Still trying to work on a more vertical back angle in the ascent of the clean. I decided to see how heavy I could go with these before dumping the bar forward. They went decently enough. I decided to stop here because I wasn't going to get more weight up without a front rack.

    Press:
A lot better than I was expecting. These were all solid strong reps. I was happy with these.

I finished off with tricep extensions

    Overhead Squats:
Pretty good. I didn't mean for them to be paused reps, but I paused them all in the bottom. Felt and looked good.

    Clean&Jerk:
Nowhere near as smooth, but acceptable reps.

I finished off with some machine chest press.

    Front Squats:
Very good reps. I adjusted my grip and rack position to come closer to the Frankenstein squat position, which helped with my back angle out of the hole. Now to translate that to the clean.......

    Bench Press:
    Also very good.

I finished with some light cable curls and dumbbell curls.

Little sleep, long day, late night session. I really didn't want to do this tonight, but it went well enough.

    Back Squats:
Pretty good reps. Felt a little weak but held it together.

    Jerks:
    Same.

I finished off with light tricep extensions.

I had a long day and did not eat before training tonight. I was feeling pretty run down and weak, so this wasn't a very good session.

    Front Squats:
Not an easy warm-up as intended due to fatigue, hunger, and weakness.

    Deadlifts:
Same, but worse. I stopped after 1 rep, when I had intended to do 3. I was exhausted and feeling like I was going to regret doing this much.

I didn't do any accessory work.

I was very weak and run down today, just like yesterday.

    Back Squat:
Not too bad. A little slower and harder than I had hoped, but they looked good.

    Snatch:
This should have been an easy clean sweep, but I was weaker than anticipated after squats and got a little sloppy because of it. None of these were very difficult, I just couldn't balance them.

I finished off with some biceps curls.

I did not sleep well and was still run down from yesterday. A lot of today was probably carbohydrate depletion. I didn't realize that I had essentially no carbs before training today, and very little at dinner last night. I started thinking about it when I got weak and had a mild headache.

    Front Squat:
Very good quality reps. A lot of speed and good back angle. I'm happy with these.

    Press:
This is where I really got weak and started feeling run down. I managed the reps, but it wasn't as easy as it should've been.

I finished off with some light triceps extensions.

    Overhead Squats:
Sloppy and off balance for most of these. They felt a lot heavier than they have lately. This should've been a lot easier.

    Clean &Jerk:
These were pretty good all the way through. These were better than expected. Looking at the video I was pulling back and through better than I have in a long time. I'm real happy with these.

I finished off with some machine pec flies.
