    I felt like absolute garbage tonight. I'm not sure why. I felt fine until I started warming up, and then it was all down hill.

    Front Squats:
    Despite feeling terrible, these were quality reps. Good long pauses and a quick ascent. I really felt the volume squats from yesterday. My hamstrings were on fire.

    Bench Press:
    These were very easy.

    I finished with biceps curls.

    It was a long day without much to eat, and a late night session.

    Front Squats:
    Easy and light. My hip started bothering me today at work, and got worse throughout the day, but these helped slightly.

    Deadlift:
    These were decent, but not great. They all felt heavier than they should have, but moved acceptably quick.

    I finished off with some machine rows.

    A couple of days of poor sleep, along with very little to eat today, really caught up with me. I felt like garbage during this session.

    Overhead Squats:
    I was very weak and shaky overhead. I could barely get the bar into position, and holding it there was a real fight. I had done very well with overhead squats recently, but not today. I was lucky to get these reps.

    Clean&Jerk:
    Not any better. About the same. I struggled through these.

    I finished off with cable pec flies.

    Wow, these almost wiped me out. They were twice as hard as the same sets done low-bar style. My quads are dead. It had been a while since I did any volume with high-bar.
