    Very stiff from work last night. Had trouble working it out.

    Clean&Jerk:
    Still choking myself out on cleans. Then had to stop for a family issue for 30 minutes.
    I was supposed to go heavier, but after the stoppage I decided to work at the same weight and try to work out the issues with my clean. It did not go very well. Very sloppy.

    Front Squat:
    Decent.

    I feel horrible. My nutrition, work, and training schedule have clashed badly. I feel like I've been beaten with a baseball bat from head to toe. It took forever to get loose and I hurt the whole time. Thankfully it's deload week now.

    Deadlift:
    These wore me out, but went well. They were all good reps, despite being gun shy about doing them, and hurting. I think I'll repeat this cycle rather than upping the weight, to try to get some more work.

    Bench Press:
    These went well. I managed a good long competition pause on the 8th rep.

    Snatch:
    Decent inspite of numerous interruptions and stoppages. Pretty heavy and much harder than anticipated. Shoulders were tender in the catch causing the bar to crash slightly. Hadn't been an issue for a while. Not sure why.

    Jerk:
    All power jerks. Felt solid. Shoulders were a little tender, but not as much as during the snatch.

    Back Squat:
    I was very weak today and these were much harder than they should have been. I got 5 good reps, but things were going to break down so I stopped. Back off sets were good, but I still didn't have 5 sets in me.

    Very little sleep today. It was a long night last night and a longer day today.* I feel terrible. Exhausted, stiff, sore, and weak.

    Clean&Jerk:
    These were horrible. Warmups felt like a max. I couldn't hit any of my positions. The makes were ugly and the misses were worse.

    Front Squat:
    Cancelled. A family matter interrupted and I didn't make it back home in a reasonable time. I wasn't willing to warm up again and start over. I was just exhausted by this point.

    Exhausted once again. I worked last night and spent most of the day taking care of business. Very little sleep and nothing to eat today.

    Deadlift:
    These were real grinders. I was exhausted and I didn't want to push my lower back, so I settled for my 5 and stopped.

    Bench Press:
    Same. All grinders.

    No back off sets or accessory work today at all.
