    Felt slightly run down when I started today. I think I've caught whatever virus had made it's way through the family. I felt pretty bad by the end of this.

    Clean&Jerk:
    These were pretty good considering how I felt. No complaints or issues.

    Back Squat:
    These were not as good. I was exhausted and hurting for these, but I took a lot of time between sets to rest and managed good quality reps, so I'm happy.

    Snatch:
    Not as smooth as they have been lately. Nothing in particular, just a little awkward and off from start to finish. I didn't make what I had hoped to make.

    Press:
    Not too bad. I got what I needed, but fell short of what I wanted. I was going to push it to 5 today, but just didn't have it.

    It has been a long week and I have no recovered well. I was worn down today, but it went better than I expected.

    Clean&Jerk:
    Cleans pull felt strong, catch felt better and more coordinated than it has in a while. I just got sloppy and didn't cup the front rack of that 1 clean. Jerks were pretty good. Shoulder felt solid.

    Deadlift:
    My lower back was a little tender during these. I stopped because I was afraid I was going to pinch a nerve or herniate something.
