    Weight: 175.6

    Back Squat-low bar
    45-10x2
    95x1
    135x1
    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1
    250-1x3

    Snt
    95x3
    115x3
    125x2
    135x2
    145x1
    150x1
    155-miss behind
    155x1
    160-miss forward
    160-miss behind

    Back Squat:
A lot harder than expected. I started feeling worn down in the warm-ups. My lower back and rib cage area are very sore today. It made these very uncomfortable.

    Snatch:
These were all very good reps, I just had some trouble staying in the lockout position and holding the weight in place. I would've preferred to make all of these, but I'm happy with them regardless. They went a lot better than I thought they would.

    Front Squat:
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    175x1
    185x1
    195-1x3

    Press
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    145x1
    150x1
    150-miss
    150x1
    150x1

My neck was very stiff and sore today. I put some IcyHot on it and tried to work out the kinks. It helped a little, but not a lot.

    Front Squats:
    Very good reps.

    Press:
This is where the heck stiffness really came into play. I managed but it wasn't fun. What should've been 3 fairly routine singles turned into a hassle.

I finished off with chin-ups and cable curls.

    115x2
    135x1
    155x1

    135-2+1
    155-2+1
    170x1
    185 - 1x3

    Overhead Squats:
Good long pauses in the bottom position and a good ascent.

    Clean &Jerk:
Not very good quality. These were all rough and awkward.

    175x2
    185x2
    190x2

    Back Squat:
I did these barefoot for the first time in a long time. They felt horrible, but I actually had very good depth and range. I was shocked. I'm still not going to make this a habit.

    Bench Press:
Good reps, but this was all I had in me. No more was going up for a double.

I finished off with pull-ups, cable curls, and tricep extensions.

Another late night session after a long hard day. I had to cut out the jerks due to time and fatigue.

Squats went very well, but I didn't have much else to give, even if I had the time.

A very long day and late night session.

    Front Squats:
Easy and light warm-up for the deadlift.

    Deadlift:
My back was absolutely exhausted for these. I had hoped to go heavier, but it wasn't going to happen tonight. I'm very lucky to have been able to grind this out.

    It was de-load week.

I trained like normal, but light, Monday-Thursday.

Friday - Sunday, no training. I had too many hours at work and too much going on at home. My squat every day streak ended at 100 days.

This week I'm starting a new cycle, squatting everyday, and I'm adding my volume for the bodybuilding movements. I'm still going to hit the classic lifts 3-4 times per week, but I'm focusing on leaning out and getting in better shape, versus lifting heavier.

    Hang Snatch:
These were a lot rougher than I anticipated. From a technique standpoint they looked better than my standard snatches have looked lately, but they felt even heavier and harder.

    Back Squat:
These were pretty good. I got a little loose on my first miss and dumped it, but felt strong enough to get it. But on my second attempt I realized I torqued my knee on the first miss, and didn't even try to ascend. I'll have to keep an eye on the knee and see how it does.

    95x5
    107.5x5
    122.5x6
    122.5x5

    Front Squats:
These went really well. My knee felt fine. These were very good, but this felt like all I had in me today.

    Press:
Pretty good. Better than anticipated considering how long it has been since I've done anything but singles. It would have gone even better, if I hadn't miss-loaded the bar on two occasions. Twice I got hyped up to lift, and twice I had to stop and correct my mistake. It was deflating.

I finished with chin-ups, machine shoulder press, and cable curls.
