    Light leg press warm-up.

    Overhead Squat
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    145x1
    155x1
    165x1
    165x1
    165x1

    Clean &Jerk
    95-2+1
    115-2+1
    135-2+1
    155-2+1
    175x1
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1

I'm not sure what happened today, but I was absolutely exhausted and sore, the exact opposite of how things were yesterday. I felt like pure garbage, but I'm not sure why. I ate well and slept well, but I was sucking wind during warm-ups and never really recovered. Luckily I had plenty of time between reps today, or things would have been much worse. I struggled through this as it was.

    Overhead Squats:
Very hard, slow, and shaky. I'm amazed that I managed to get these.

    Clean&Jerk:
Even worse. I was gassed during warm-ups. Then I caught the bar awkwardly a couple times and almost passed out. It's a miracle I made these.

I finished off with leg presses.

    Back Squat-Low bar-light
    45-10x2
    135-10x5

These were really good fast reps. I actually felt like training tonight. Hopefully I'll feel the same tomorrow when I have to move some actual weight.

I finished off with some dumbbell curls and tricep extensions.

    Front Squat-paused
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    175x1
    190x1
    190x1
    190x1

    *90 minute stoppage in between*

    Bench Press
    45-10x2
    95x1
    115x1
    135x1
    155x1
    165x1
    175x1
    185x1
    185x1
    185x1

Despite an extremely heavy manual labor day at work, I still felt like training tonight.

The only hiccup was I had a family obligation I had to attend. So I front squatted, attended, then came home and finished.

    Front Squats:
Good solid reps. My legs felt good in spite of the squats last night.

    Bench Press:
Once I got back in the groove, these went really well.

I finished off with some fairly high volume machine chest press.

    175x1
    190x1
    190x1
    190x1

Another restless night, long hard busy day, and a late training session. The last couples of days at work really caught up with me tonight. I felt terrible going into this.

    Back Squat:
Once I got into these, I started feeling better and things fell into place nicely. These were good reps.

    Jerks:
I hadn't done any jerks from the boxes lately, and these started off awkward, but smoothed out decently.

I finished off with leg extensions.

    135x1
    155x1

    Deadlift

    305x1
    335x1
    335x1
    335x1

Even less sleep and more work today. Somehow I actually felt worse than yesterday. My back was exhausted and worn.

    Front Squats:
Much more difficult than they usually are.

    Deadlifts:
I had very little to give these, and needed a lot more time between reps than I should have. These were all slow grinders.

I finished off with some lat pulldowns.

    Weight: 166.4

    Back Squat-low bar
    45-10x2
    95x1
    135x1
    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1
    240x1
    250x1

    Snatch
    95x1
    115x1
    125x1
    135x1
    145x1
    150x1
    155x1

I'm not feeling much better than yesterday, but there is a slight improvement.

    Back Squats:
Very good, especially given how I feel.

    Snatches:
The deadlifts and lat pulldowns really cost me today. My back was fried. I could barely catch warm-up reps without shaking. I'm shocked and amazed I got any of these, and extremely happy to have gotten my top rep cleanly.

I finished off with dumbbell biceps curls and tricep extensions.

    95x1
    105x1
    115x1
    125x1
    135x1
    140x1
    145x1
    150x1

I didn't get much sleep, but things still went well enough today.

    Front Squat:
A lot better than I thought they would go. Even the last rep was fast and smooth. I was surprised. I definitely had a lot more in the tank today, but went ahead and stopped at my goal weight.

    Press:
These weren't nearly as effortless. My triceps were killing me from the accessory work yesterday. The last rep was an incredibly slow grinder that I barely managed to lock out.

I finished off with pec flies.

The weather took a cold and windy turn. My garage was very cold today. My hands hurt. It wasn't fun.

    Overhead Squats:
These were pretty bad. I was shaky and weak. My shoulders and upper back could barely hold the bar in position, but I got them.

    Clean &Jerk:
Cleans were decent, but jerks were shaky and off. I'm happy I got these.

I finished off with some volume leg press.

    Back Squat-Low Bar-light
    45-10x2

I got little sleep, ate very little because we were busy at work, and rushed through this as fast as possible so I could eat. It was an incredible leg pump.

I finished off with light dumbbell curls and tricep extensions.

It was a 4am morning, a long day, I had my son's baseball practice for 2 hours afterward, and it was a late night of training. I expected very little from this, but....

    Front Squat:
Despite my legs and back feeling fried, these went really well. Good long pauses and a strong ascension.

    Bench Press:
These were not as good. These felt heavy early, and there was no bar speed off the chest. All slow grinders

I finished off with machine pec flies.
