Today was a long busy day. I was rushed for time. Most of my time was spent trying to loosen up my lower back. It did not want to cooperate today.

Deadlift:
I was not comfortable with how my lower back was feeling, so I did my minimum 1 rep and stopped.

Then I skipped my back squats just to be safe.
