I felt pretty good, but obviously not 100% like I thought because this took a lot out of me. I was a lot more winded than I anticipated.

    Back Squat:
    Rough and slow grinders.

    Snatch:
Very sloppy and weak. My legs felt like jelly coming out of the hole, which is never a problem on snatches. I had to chase a few of these forward to save them. And as usual, I always feel like I've never snatches before after even the shortest break. These were all terrible, but I'm happy I made them all.

I finished off with some bicep curls and tricep extensions.

Today was the absolute fastest I've ever done a workout like this. I completely forgot about a family obligation, and had to cram this whole thing into a very short amount of time. I just changed the weight, caught my breath, and moved to the next rep. It was not fun. Plus it was very cold in here, and I was very stiff.

    Front Squat:
My legs were fried, but these moved fairly well. They wore me out, but I'm happy with them.

    Press:
These were all hard slow grinders, but I managed them.

I finished off with some pec flies.

I finished off with some leg extensions.

    45-10x2
    135-10x5

I got almost no sleep last night and was so busy at work that I didn't get to eat. I should have cancelled this, but decided to power through it. I wish I hadn't. My legs are beyond dead. Leg extensions yesterday definitely didn't help. I was completely gassed after 2 sets, and never got better. I had to take entirely way too long between sets to recover.

I finished off with some light biceps and triceps work.

I was even more worn out tonight than yesterday. I slept slightly better, but it was a long hard day at work.

    Front Squat:
My legs didn't have much to give tonight. Coming out of the bottom was very slow. These should've been easy, but the cumulative fatigue this week has gotten to me some.

    Bench Press:
These weren't too bad. Not as easy as they should've been, but not bad.

I finished off with some machine chest press.

It was a long day, I got home late, had to help fix a toilet, and didn't get to train until late. I barely had time for this, food, and to go to bed.

Jerks were cut due to time and exhaustion.

I only squatted, no accessory work.

    Front Squats:
    Nice and easy warm-up.

    Deadlifts:
These were pretty good. They weren't as light as they should be, but that's probably because I'm so weak right now, but they moved well. These were some of the better deadlifts I've done latey. I'm happy with these.

I finished off with some upper back rows and shrugs.

I had a long and busy day, working on the house. I also skateboarded and played baseball with my kids. I really wasn't feeling like training today.

    Back Squat:
These were all very slow grinding reps, and I almost missed a couple, but I'm happy that I somehow managed to pull through.

    Snatch:
These were not very good reps. It felt heavy off the ground, my pulls were jerky and choppy, and my footwork was all over the place. Fatigue really got the best of me here. I'm lucky I got any of these.

I finished off with bicep and tricep work.
