    These moved really quickly and felt good.

    And these felt light and easy. I was very happy with all this.

    I did not do any accessory work. I was tired and it was dinner time.

    This was supposed to be done yesterday, but I got home too late, so I did it this morning.

    It wasn't too bad. I didn't squat like normal for a warm-up, so it took a little extra to get loose. The last pull was slow but mostly smooth.

    No accessory work.

    The rest of this week is de-load, and I probably won't train at all.
