    Overhead Squats:
These went amazingly well, even though U accidentally did the same weight twice and forgot to up the weight.

    Hang Cleans:
These were pretty good, I just hit myself in the throat with the one rep. These felt good for being my first hang clean session in months. Good smooth pulls, catches, and squats.

    Back Squat-high bar-light
    45-10x2
    135x20

These had me sucking wind as usual.

Then I did some heavy high rep leg press and leg extensions to finish, which just had me hating life.

    95x5
    110x5
    125x5
    145x5
    162.5x10

It was a very long day and a late training session. This was very rushed.

    Front Squats:
These went really well. I had planned to try to go heavier, but I didn't have it in me tonight.

    Bench Press:
These were a lot harder than anticipated. I hadn't done many multiple reps lately. I barely ground out these reps.

I finished off with pull-ups, cable pec flies, cable curls, and tricep extensions.

Another long day, late night, and rushed session. I was feeling pretty beaten down tonight, and slightly ill. I had planned to do sets of 2 or 3 all the way through, but I had little time, and really didn't feel like it.

    Back Squat:
    Better than I was expecting.

    Jerks:
Acceptable. Not great, but decent enough.

A 14 hour day at work, and a long drive. Today was one of the heaviest manual labor days I've had at work. My back was exhausted before this session. And I started feeling worn down, possibly sick halfway through the day.

    Front Squats:
Even this light weight felt heavy tonight.

    Deadlift:
These were brutal. I had nothing left for these.

I did a few light lat pull downs to finish.

I ended up being sick. By the end of the night Sunday, I realized I wasn't just tired and worn down.

I've since gone on to run a fever and feel like I got hit by a truck.

No training Monday-Wednesday. It's Wednesday night now, and I doubt I'll train tomorrow or Friday. Maybe this weekend .......

After being sick and taking a week off, hopefully today is the beginning of some consistency again. I was still weak today, but no longer ill. Basketball and skateboarding were my warm-ups today.

    Back Squat:
Squats were pretty good, but my knees were crackling and popping like crazy. A little tender too, but no real pain. I hit these solidly but didn't want to push my luck.

    Snatch:
These were a lot smoother than I thought they would be. They felt good, better than they have lately. I was very happy with these.

I finished off with some curls. I'm going to spread out my bodybuilding accessory work throughout all 7 days from now on, instead of cramming it all into a couple days per week.

I was absolutely beaten down today. Yesterday's session had me feeling like I got run over by a truck.

    Front Squat:
These were pretty good, but I didn't have any more in me today.

    Press:
These were slow and horrible. The last rep was a 10 second grinder. I was beaten.

I finished off with some light tricep extensions.

Just some light weight to loosen the legs. I finished with leg press and leg extensions.

I had no drive or intensity today. I wanted to get a huge leg pump all day, but by the time I got home, I was not feeling it.
