I'm either having a severe allergy attack, or I'm coming down with a cold. It's hard to tell. Regardless, I took a bunch of medication this morning before I went to bed. I got sleep, but now I feel hungover.

I got interrupted after 3 or 10 planned attempts, and my day came to an end. No back squats or any accessory lifts.

    Clean&Jerk:
Decent considering how winded and tired I was.

    Snatch:
As bad as I felt, the snatches were moving smoothly and oddly enough I felt strong. The rep I missed behind was from over pulling it.

I was sick and worn down starting the night after my last training, and all day yesterday. I feel slightly better today, but not great. Still weak and a little shakey going in.

    Front Squat:
These were rough. I might be able to add some more weight to my sets of 5 when I'm feeling better, but today this felt like a max. 4 solid reps, but the 5th rep broke down quite a bit.

    Press:
Front squats definitely took a lot out of me. I had no drive for these. I'm lucky I got my 1 rep on the last set.

I finished off with some leg press, lat pull downs, tricep extensions, and curls.

My back stiffened up again at work, and was tight today. I had trouble loosening it up. Also had tightness through the calves and ankles, which was hard to work out.

    Snatch:
All the smoothness of Monday was gone. Back to being jerky.

    Cleans:
These were actually going really well, somehow someway. So well that I did the first 5 reps EMOM style. Then reality hit me, and I went back to my usually sloth-like pace. A few reps were slow, but nothing too ugly. I'm happy with this.

    Back Squat:
Very hard. Cleans wore me out. I wanted 5 on the last set, but was lucky to get 3.

    No accesory work. Exhausted.

Exhausted. I haven't gotten more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep at a time for several days. I barely got to eat yesterday due to a busy day. And I've got massive allergies and drainage and feel terrible. Breathing was an issue today.

    Overhead Squats:
Absolutely brutal. My upper back and traps were still on fire from cleans. I did not recover at all from that. I was sucking wind badly.

    Deadlift:
My upper back did not appreciate this, but the reps were pretty good. I have settled into just doing the prescribed minimum reps for the deadlift. I'm not going to push it and risk hurting my back.

    No accessory work.

I have had terrible allergies, sinus issues, drainage, and even some body aches. I had a bad Benadryal hangover today, but felt better this evening, so I decided to try training between family activities, while I was able to breath properly. It did not last long and I winded fast.

    Snatch:
Dumpster fire type of bad. These didn't feel, nor look anything like a real snatch.

    Clean&Jerk
These were pretty good. Cleans got ugly towards the end, but jerks stayed pretty good. They felt and looked very crisp.

    Back Squat
Decent. I probably could have gotten at least 2 reps on the last set, but I was content with 1 and didn't want to push it.

    No accessory work.

Very tired today. I slept about 3.5hrs and was woken up by sinus and allergy issues. Couldn't get back to sleep after that.

    Front Squats:
Not great. Lost back angle on several reps and got bowed over.

    Bench Press:
Decent, but no competition pause on the last rep. I just didn't have it in me today.

Finished off with some leg press, leg extensions, pec flies, chest press, and curls.

After a 12 day de-load, I was very stiff and sore. Still a little run down.

    Snatch:
Not as bad as I had feared given my break, but not as good as I had hoped. Awkward and rusty. I felt strong in the pull, and I caught every rep overhead, but I couldn't balance them. I cut the volume in half because I'm going to train 3 days in a row to catch up on missed time.

    Back Squat:
These did not go well. They felt heavy from the beginning and only got worse. I was sucking wind and barely ground out the last rep.

Fairly tired today, didn't get much sleep. Also pretty stiff and not moving well after only training once in almost 3 weeks.

    Snatch:
Very sloppy and uncoordinated. It felt like I had never snatched before.

    Clean&Jerk:
Even worse. I was uncoordinated and tired.

I tried a max attempt today to reset my program. As I am actively trying to lose some weight, I know that I've gotten a little weaker and can't realistically continue the numbers for my current program. Plus I haven't pressed in a month, so I knew this wouldn't go very well. It wasn't as much as I had hoped, but now I know a real starting point.
