These were pretty good. I worked on the elbows for a while and they finally loosened and felt decent. 7 was more than I had hoped, so I only needed 2 sets to get 10 reps.
No accessory work to avoid enflaming the elbows.

Another day with a very long warm-up and stretch session to be able to train. Nothing was cooperating today.
Back Squat:
Knees weren't feeling the best. I used wraps for the first time in a while and it helped a lot. They actually felt decent throughout the session and afterward. These ended up being pretty good sets.
Deadlift:
These weren't as good. I left the knee wraps to help the knees, but I was just fatigued in general.
No accessory work.

I had to use knee wraps again. One of my knees is pretty sore and I couldn't work it out. The wraps helped a lot.

It was a long, hard, busy weekend, and I did not sleep how I wanted. Today was rough. Very hot and humid in here. Even with plenty of carbs, water, and sodium I couldn't stay hydrated.
Back Squats:
Had to wraps the knees. They are feeling better, and felt fine through the session, but I'm not taking any chances. Sets were decent, with the 1st being the hardest, 2nd the easiest, and 3rd in the middle.
Snatch:
I took a lot of time to work on bottom position and the ankles. I was worn out by the time it came to do working reps, so they weren't very good. I decided to try some heavier singles instead of doubles. It went better than I thought it would, but it wasn't going any heavier.

I did not sleep well at all. I had an early morning and a long day and knew I was in trouble with squats. I just didn't realize how bad it would be.
Back Squat:
The 1st set almost buried me. I took 10 minutes rest before trying the 2nd set, but I barely survived 3 reps. I had to break everything down into smaller sets after that just to get the work in.
Clean&Jerk:
I probably should have skipped these. I was beaten and my legs were dead, but I decided to give them a shot. After some work on loosening up the ankles, the cleans were actually pretty snappy and crisp. Standing up wasn't, but the pull and pull under was. I'm surprised and happy I managed these.

I did not get to train at all yesterday. I was gone and busy all day, didn't eat until 8PM, and didn't get home until 11PM. I also got very little sleep last night or Thursday night.
An extra long warm-up and stretch session because of his stiff and sore I was.
Back Squat:
I knew this wasn't going to go well considering how bad warm-ups were. I was lucky I could grind out sets of 3.
Deadlift:
These went better than I expected, considering how tired I was and how dead my legs were. I was happy with these.
