    95x1
    115x1

    145x1
    155x1

    175x1
    185x1

Tonight was fantastic. I felt ready to train and needed very little to prepare compared to recently. And it went better than I thought it could. I managed a body weight overhead squat, when I didn't think I'd come close. And I was able to pause every rep in the bottom, balance, hold it, and stand up smoothly. This is the first time I've done these in a long time, possibly even all year, and they felt great. Now if only I could snatch it.

    Back Squat-paused

    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    225x1
    245x1

I didn't feel nearly as good as I did yesterday. Unfortunately I had very little time to stretch and loosen up today, and this was a very fast session. But the reps themselves were pretty good. Good 3 second pause, and strong accent.

Felt pretty good tonight. It was a long day, but I was ready to train.

    Front Squats:
All very solid and fast. I definitely had more on the tank, but I hit what I wanted easily and stopped.

    Bench Press:
All good reps, but this was all I had in me. No more was going up. I had hoped for more, and really thought I'd get it.

Another late night session after a long hard day. Fortunately I felt decent and didn't need much loosening and warming up. It was still a rushed session.

    Back Squat:
    Easy, as expected.

    Clean &Jerk:
These were not as good as I had hoped. I was awkward and uncoordinated during these. I struggled a lot and didn't get where I had wanted. I was exhausted and didn't even consider going any heavier.

Today was a hard day at work. My lower back was stiff and that pinched nerve was really enflamed. It took a long time to get ready to train tonight.

    Front Squat:
    Pretty good. No complaints.

    Deadlift:
These felt solid. My lower back held up well. I pulled these about twice as fast as last week, so I'm happy.

Today was a decent training day. I slept well and has the day off. I needed minimal preparation to be able to train.

    Back Squat:
    These were all very good.

    Snatch:
These were going well until I caught one awkwardly and strained something in my neck. It feels like the pinched nerve I often get while pressing. It made it difficult to continue. I stopped to avoid aggravating it further.

A busy day and a rushed session before a busy evening begins.

    Front Squat:
these are easy and fast. I felt strong. If I had more time, I could have done more, but this was the weight I wanted for the day.

    Press:
After feeling extremely strong in the squat, I felt completely weak and pathetic in the overhead press. I had no drive whatsoever. My upper back was fried. I'm lucky to have made the reps I did.

I had a pinched nerve in the base of my neck again, right where the bar set when I un-racked it. It hurt pretty bad and made me unsteady overhead. It got worse as things went. After my miss at 190, I could no longer drive the bar up to lock out, and had to quit.

I did these just for fun on my light day, and instantly regretted it. I was sucking wind and my legs are on fire.

I did some light leg press afterward to try to take some of the sting out of the legs.
