    Back Squat:
    A lot harder than expected. I started feeling worn down in the warm-ups. My lower back and rib cage area are very sore today. It made these very uncomfortable.

    Snatch:
    These were all very good reps, I just had some trouble staying in the lockout position and holding the weight in place. I would've preferred to make all of these, but I'm happy with them regardless. They went a lot better than I thought they would.

    My neck was very stiff and sore today. I put some IcyHot on it and tried to work out the kinks. It helped a little, but not a lot.

    Front Squats:
    Very good reps.

    Press:
    This is where the heck stiffness really came into play. I managed but it wasn't fun. What should've been 3 fairly routine singles turned into a hassle.

    I finished off with chin-ups and cable curls.

    Overhead Squats:
    Good long pauses in the bottom position and a good ascent.

    Clean &Jerk:
    Not very good quality. These were all rough and awkward.
