    Wink gonna try this program

    hey
    had some health problems and didnt lift the last 2 months
    now im back

    i think i ll try something different
    i wont do snatch and cnj on the same work out
    i will do a lift,one variation,squat and upper body
    probably i will do pulls for 3 x 3 and then switch to deadlifts


    i ll track the progress on this log

    Right there, you said you'll track your progress, I assume English isn't your first language but what I'm saying is there is a seperate forum for tracking your workouts.
