    The Asian squat

    All weightlifters are into squatting. I found this on You Tube and found it entertaining.

    this is great, i've looked into this myself when i was lifting seriously, wondering why my dorsiflexion of my ankles were so limited. but i also think hips play a big part in this, i have really tight hips/IT, one thing i will say is that working this 2-4 mins per day by sitting in a squat helped extremely.
