    Weightlifting Instructional Videos

A new company has launched a new website. Check it out: https://sportsedtv.com/sport/weightlifting with many weightlifting technique videos....all FREE
Harvey Newton is the coach behind all these videos

How to snatch, how to clean and Jerk, power snatch, etc.

What videos should they add to their library?
Let me know and I will recommend our suggestions to them

I was somewhat surprised(shocked) on my initial look at the site; how to snatch

    https://sportsedtv.com/sport/weightl.../how-to-snatch

personally I think this video should be redone, can anyone else spot some substantial errors in technique. When snatching with ~75% of BW the strongman can lift the BB with less desirable technique. With heavier load this lifter is either going to dump the bb forward or run forward for the save; neither of which is desirable. My opinion.
