    Well really the magic of modern bodybuilding is the synergy of AAS/GH/Insulin at very supraphysiological doses and not any of those independently.

    OP, doubles and singles will allow you to maximally be efficient at squatting heavy weights. You might get a few more kilos but it won't be sustainable.

    A common analogy: Muscle mass is like a cup and the strength is the water inside. You can put 200mL of water in a small cup or a big cup and both will have 200mL. But the big cup still has way more room to put more water in.

    If your squat isn't growing, eat more. If you don't want to eat more, be content with your squat. Plus you can always back your bodyweight down after increasing it.
