Operation Be Less Fat
As some of you may know, I can't really do Weightlifting anymore. The good news is it gives me an excuse to actually take care of myself. I cut from 313lbs to 254lbs last year. Gained back to 283lbs after a surgery, and now back to 262lbs. Plan is to go all the way down to 230lbs, then reasses. Anyway, I'll be posted all of my training sessions online, in case anyone is interested in primarily focusing on body comp. These are all the techniques I used to easily lose weight.
Here's the most recent vlog, but there are some other videos on the channel if you find these interesting. Trying to give some insight on each workout and my process.

Had to take last week off after I maxed my camber squat and pulled my QL. Here's the video of that. Back to normal training now.
