I know it's not a Weightlifting book, but Layne is an elite level powerlifter, and all of the principles discussed in the book could be used for Weightlifters looking to lean out. Overall I enjoyed the book, but it is expensive at nearly $50.

Hoping to get back to reviewing some more Weightlifting/Strength related texts in the future, but the gym has been very busy and it's cutting into my reading time.
