Mash Elite Performance Life Changing Front Squat Routine

Disclaimer: I have no experience with this program, or any Travis Mash program. It caught my eye, because I like tempo training and he has some pretty extreme protocols here. Anyone who has first hand experience with this program, please comment!

Notes:Although it doesn't specify, I would assume that you are to do this once a week. I included some analytics with the spreadsheet to help you work this into your overall program (if you track things like tonnage or %s). I would also assume you're supposed to shoot for a new max each workout.

Let me know what you think of the spreadsheet or if it needs any changes. Thing looks pretty brutal.

I think this is what Mash talked about at the end of his recent barbell shrugged interview starting at 1:13:20. Work up to the daily max that the prescribed tempo for a 3 week wave. The based on the interview the program should take 12 weeks. No mention if this is a workout that is once a week or what.

I think he was talking about his programming in general. But I'm not really sure. I'm interested to hear if anyone's tried this.

So is it work to a 1rm then drop sets for triples? Or work to a 3rm then drop sets for triples? Is the pause in the top just simply holding in the front rack after the squat?

Work to a 1RM, then drop for a 3x3. The pause at the top is just holding the front rack after the squat.
