Very good session. Felt good today, even after work. Good long hard pauses on the bench reps.

    175x1
    5/5

    Clean Pulls:
    205-3x3

These went well enough, except that I mistimed my jerk, hit myself in the jaw, and almost knocked myself out on one of the reps. Good times.

    Hamstring Curls:
    3 plates-10x2, 2 plates-10x2

I had a very long hard day at work today and my back was worn out. I didn't eat much and I think that's why I got a headache during squatting. But the reps themselves were good.

    Deadlift
    135x1
    185x1
    225x1
    275x1
    300x1
    325x1
    325x1

    325x1
    325x1
    5/5

    Lat Rows:
    4 plates- 25x1 , 3 plates- 25x1

I felt like garbage today. I didn't sleep well, or much, and had a hard day at work. I thought for most of the day that I was getting sick, and didn't think I'd train tonight. But by the end of the day I felt decent enough to train. Deadlifts went we enough. They were more taxing than they should have been, but the bar moved quickly.

    Weight: 162.2

    Snatch
    95x1
    115x1
    125x1
    135x1
    140x1
    145x1
    150x1
    150-miss
    150x1
    150x1
    150x1
    4/5

    Snatch Pulls:
    175-3x3

I felt better today. I still didn't sleep all that well, but overall I felt better prepared to train.

Snatches were not very good from a technical standpoint, as I had to chase almost every rep to balance it. But at least I managed to land a few.

Snatch pulls felt strong and the weight felt light.

I switched from my Pendlay bar to my X-Training bar because the snaprings kept coming off the Pendlay. I didn't realize how much rougher the X-Training was, or how soft my hands had gotten from the Pendlay bar. The X-Training bar doesn't have very rough knurl, but it tore my hands up.

    Leg press:
    12 plates-25x4

I didn't feel much like training today. I didn't sleep well and I was stiff and sore and run down again. But things smoothed out as I got into it. The final 5 reps were all slow grinders, but I hit them with minimal form breakdown. I'm happy with these.

It was a very long day and I was tired. These never felt good or solid. Some of them looked good, but they were all very difficult and felt horrible.

These went really well, despite my long hard day at work. I did my hamstring curls between squats to save some time, but it also slightly wore out my hamstrings.
